20st - 26th October 2019, Pondicherry, India.
We are delighted to invite you to the Advanced Leadership Programme. This 7-day residential programme will be an opportunity for you to build on your experience of the first year programme and hopefully learn some new skills that will help you to continue and expand your development. Of course it’s also a great opportunity to catch up with old friends, make new friends and enjoy ourselves while reconnecting with WYSE.
The focus will be to explore and work with the development of the Will. You might remember something about the Will from the first year programme. From a psychological perspective Will is a much broader and more powerful concept than our everyday ideas about Will. This Will is ultimately concerned with how we express who we are and how we transform our potential into action. At the personal level, the Will functions as a sense of direction guiding us towards a personal integration which includes all of who we are. At a deeper level, using our Will invites us towards ways of being which express our own unique gifts and talents through making wise choices for our own well-being and that of the whole world.
During the programme we will consider the following topics:
Understanding and using the various types and levels of Will
Improving and expanding your leadership skills with Will
Expanding your capacity to makes inspired choices and life decisions through the use of Will
The relationship between the various aspects of our personalities and how we use our Will
Using Will to bring your ideas into reality
Application to the Advanced programme is open to anyone who has completed an International Leadership programme. The cost of the programme is £500. This cost is a subsided rate and includes full board, accommodation and tuition expenses. Unfortunately, due to running this programme at a reduced rate we are unable to offer any bursaries and suggest that you use your entrepreneurial skills to find funding, from organisations, individual donors etc.
