Maikem Victorine is a young and passionate African Leader whose purpose is to bring more awareness to the world about Africa. She is the Founder of 21st Century Dews, which focuses on helping African Youth with their educational and business needs. She is a UPG Sustainability Leader with a keen interest in women empowerment and youth empowerment. She is a software developer with a passion for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. She is passionate about creating technological solutions in medicine and education in Africa.

21st Century Dews focuses on providing youths in rural areas with relevant digital skills, as well as soft skills,to be able to be more relevant in society and competitive in the global job market.
