WYSE believes leadership is an expression of our willingness to engage in the issues and challenges we see around us and find creative solutions to global and local problems. Over the last 30 years WYSE has worked with thousands of young people from over 110 countries.

This free online leadership programme is for anyone who is concerned about the world and who wants to understand what kind of role they can play in improving it. The programme will help you feel inspired and hopeful about the future and our ability to contribute to and create it with both local and global perspectives.

 
 

Get started

To help you get the most out of the programme we recommend:

  • Expectations: there are no right or wrong answers for any of the topics explored in the programme, find the answers which work for you.

  • Environment: create a space that will help you focus and think about the issues we will explore, noise and distractions can effect your ability to learn.

  • Time: we will explore some challenging questions, invest as much time as you need to get the most out of the programme.

  • Reflection: use a notebook or paper to write, draw, and capture your thoughts and feelings in whatever way works best for you, to look back to them later.
