Advanced Leadership Programme

Our Advanced Leadership Programmes are open to graduates of our International Leadership Programmes. They are designed to deepen awareness and experience around a variety of themes that are relevant to young people who want to make a difference in the world. These programmes utilise the same experiential and transformational approach as our International Leadership Programmes, but the content is more focussed on a specific theme or topic. Themes for advanced programmes are discussed with participants through the organisation's internet community and chosen collaboratively in an effort to meet participants' needs. The Advanced Leadership Programmes explores the concept of Will in a Leadership context.
