Adrienne Fish
Adrienne works as a Consultant and Coach, helping clients build their Boards and top leadership teams on an international basis. Through her work and studies she has developed a keen interest in leadership development and diversity, both gender and cultural. She is a certified Coach, has an MSc in Coaching and Development, a PgDip in Psychosynthesis Counselling, and is an international Leadership Graduate of the Coaches Training Institute of the US.  She enjoys working with emerging young leaders to fulfill their potential and leverage their strengths and values to enable them to make a broader contribution to their teams, organisations and beyond.

Alan Tattarsall
Alan brings a wealth of business experience to WYSE gained in a progressive career in Financial Services, Utilities and the Internet. Alan has held a number of senior sales and marketing roles and was until recently was CEO of uSwitch.com. He currently runs his own business advisory company helping SME’s grow and realise their full potential. Angela Mohtashemi 
Angela is a director at PwC, currently in the Health Consulting practice. She has over twenty years’ experience leading change programmes across sectors, specialising in culture and communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership development. In recent years Angela has focused on the NHS, working across health economies to support transformation. She has led board development for commissioning groups and supported NHS leadership programmes years as an action learning set facilitator, coach and lecturer.Formerly a teacher, Angela is driven by a belief in human potential and has been a mentor and volunteer for charity ‘Teens and Toddlers.’

Dr Valerie Schuster
Valerie combines the experience of working for a leading global strategy consulting firm and for development organizations in Latin America and Eastern Africa and is currently Acting Director for the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition. Her passion lies in nutrition, education and supporting current and future business owners and managers to get started or grow: both in terms of their business and personally. Valerie is also a trainer and coach, university lecturer and mentor. She holds a Ph.D. in Development Economics and speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, French and German.

Penny Terndrup
Penny consults for clients to identify skills gaps and secure the right person to further the organisation's goals. An accredited executive coach and with a training in psychosynthesis counselling, Penny originally trained and worked as a solicitor in the City, before becoming director of a specialist legal recruitment business and then a partner with a global search firm. Ruth Sangale
Ruth has 20 years HR experience in the public and private sector, specialising in the last 5 years in Leadership development and executive coaching. She left the NHS a year ago to complete her MA in Creativity, Innovation and Leadership and now runs leadership workshops in a variety of NHS organisations. In her last role in the NHS, Ruth was responsible for programme managing the delivery of a portfolio of Pan London Leadership programmes, talent management and alumni networks and was the lead for coaching and mentoring across London.  She is a qualified NLP practitioner and ICF accredited coach.
