Our broad experience of international education, training and development work enables a deep understanding of the needs of young people.  We share our experience with other organizations through the provision of consultative research services and the provision of bespoke training. 

Consultative Research

Our consultative research activities involve helping organisations to explore new ways to work with young people using participatory methods that are grounded in a potential oriented approach.  We are particularly skilled at undertaking consultative research with young people for the development of new services and the design of educational programmes. Further, we are often invited to work with groups that are undergoing change and transition processes.  In these instances we use an organisational development approach including the provision of coaching oriented support for leaders. 

Training

We offer an inspiring and challenging approach to training and curriculum development, and can tailor both our programmes and our staff teams to meet the specific needs of our clientele. Our focus is on providing practical skills that can be used to solve real problems and can be applied to new situations.  All of the topic areas described in the "Our programmes" section of this website can be modified and crafted to fit the needs of specific groups and delivered locally.  We have extensive experience in providing courses in the areas of Psychological Development, Leadership Development, Transpersonal Education and the development of Train the Trainer programmes.
